Independently managed and owned, VERO has one of the larger seasoned investment and management teams dedicated solely to U.S. ABS and structured finance. We have qualified specialists in each area of portfolio management and a seamless, highly detailed and consultative investment process. The firm provides its employees with equity participation and performance incentives. Eighty percent of all firm members are directly involved in or support the investment decision making process. Each team is headed by one or more members of senior management.

VERO has developed a proprietary, comprehensive top down and bottom up credit and collateral analysis process that is used to manage all fund strategies. The investment process utilizes quantitative screens in all investment strategies, and our state of the art analytics allow us to create new investment products and solutions for our clients.
